At A Baby Luxury, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item, please:

Follow the return process for the original item

Place a new order for the item you want instead
Returns
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage

All original tags must be attached

Products must be returned in their original packaging and sellable condition
Return Fees & Shipping

A $15 handling fee per returned item will be deducted from your refund

You may return up to 10 items per order

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including customs duties

We do not provide prepaid return labels

Any customs duties collected upon delivery will also be deducted from your refund

Original shipping fees and Green Shipping Protection (if purchased) are non-refundable
How to Request a Return

Approval โ Wait for return approval and receive return address instructions

Ship โ Send the item back within 14 days of approval

Track โ Email us the tracking number once the return has been shipped
Refund Processing

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after your return is delivered

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
